Shipping
Orders are shipped by courier and delivery times vary according to the destination address. On average, delivery times are around 2/7 working days with Standard delivery. Transport costs are equal to €25.00. For the Express service, times are around 1/3 working days and the rate is €35. If you choose payment on collection, we will keep the products for 5 days before putting them back on sale and delivery does not include shipping costs.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are allowed:

CREDIT CARD: belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO circuits. The withdrawal of the amount takes place only after the control of the order, the invoicing and the shipment of the latter. In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

BANK TRANSFER: during checkout choose the "Manual Payment" method and follow the instructions for forwarding the bank transfer. Once the credit has been received on the account (about 2 working days), we will proceed with the shipment of the order.

PICK UP IN STORE: ​choose the "Collect on site" method. You will be contacted when the order is ready for collection. If you choose payment on collection, we will keep the products for 5 days before putting them back on sale.
